Unsigned, identified on labels on the front of the frame, titled and dated "Night Forms (unfinished)/1961" on the reverse, identified on three labels, including one from the Museum of Fine Arts, Springfield, Massachusetts, on the reverse, and a fourth label on the frame. Oil on Masonite, 48 x 33 5/8 in., framed. Condition: Surface grime.
