Art Nouveau Opal, Diamond, and Enamel Brooch, Marcus & Co., centering an opal matrix cabochon within a scrollwork frame, and suspending a conforming drop, set with seventy-six old mine- and old European-cut diamonds, approx. total wt. 4.00 cts., platinum and 18kt gold mount, lg. 3 3/4 in., signed, (restoration, enamel loss).

Overall good condition, enamel loss on either side of frame. Nice play of color to opals, diamonds are near colorless, VS-SI clarity. Restoration where drop was reattached to brooch.
