1769 Short Land Pattern Brown Bess Musket, c. late 18th century, walnut stock with brass fittings, lockplate marked TOWER with a crown over GR, barrel has proof marks near breech and is engraved QUEENS RANGERS, barrel lg. 42, overall lg. 58 in.
