Gorham Sterling Silver Gold-washed Pail, 1873, the pail with ropetwist handle and bands of bellflower decoration around body, engraved decoration along lip, engraved to one side "Mr. & Mrs. Eben Davis," the side with engraved image of a three-masted sailing ship over a banner "1824 Oct. 28th 1874," approx. 4.8 troy oz., ht. 3 1/8 in. not including handle.
