Description:

Fourteen Assorted Indian Textiles, 19th/20th century, in wool, silk, cotton, and cashmere fabrics, using various weaving, embroidery, and printing techniques, includes a finely woven ivory-colored cashmere pashmina shawl, a wine-colored silk wedding veil with polychrome embroidery, and a hand-spun woven block printed scarf.

Provenance: Formerly property of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
