Description:

Four Garments, Including Two with Metallic Embellishments, a small sheer black scarf, a 1920s fringed black satin stole faced with brown satin, a modern black silk shawl with large polychrome and gold tulips in the Art Nouveau style, and a black and polychrome paisley Italian Echo shawl, also with woven metallic gold decoration.

Provenance: Formerly property of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.

Some staining/discoloration and a tear to tulip-patterned shawl, Echo appears to be good, tears to small black scarf, black fringed satin overall good but with some slight fading/discoloration to black.
