George III Silver Salver, Edinburgh, 1800-01, W. & P. Cunningham, maker, circular tray with molded rim centered with an engraved crest in a wreath with the motto "ALTIORA PETO" (I aim higher) over an eagle and shield, the tray raised on three shell feet, (imperfections), ht. 7/8, dia. 8 in., approx. 9 troy oz.
Estimate $400-600

Dents and repairs to rim and minor dent on tray, light scratches, diminished motifs and makers mark from polishing.
