Louis VXI-style Marble-top Three-drawer Commode, France, 19th century, with a figured gray Carrara marble top, drawer fronts veneered and framed by geometric bands mounted with brass escutcheons and circular pulls, and flanked on either side by string-inlaid columns with classical-style mounted bronze capitals and brass-mounted feet, matching columnar supports to back feet with additional string inlay to sides, ht. 34 1/2, wd. 37, dp. 19 1/2 in.
