Pair of Yellow Bowls, China, Republican period, each painted with roundels of characters reading "Wan shou wu jiang," (ten thousand years without end), reserved on a yellow enameled ground with lotus scrolls, the interior painted in underglaze blue with chrysanthemum, peony, lotus, and camellia sprays, Qianlong mark to the base, dia. 5 5/8, ht. 2 1.2 in.
