Silver Pair-Cased Rack Lever Watch by Litherland, Whiteside & Company, Liverpool, serial #6249, hallmarked 1810, long narrow balance cock, engraved with Prince of Wales feathers on the table, serpentine foot inscribed Patent, three wheel train with flat steel balance, fusee, two-way slides, white enameled dial with black Roman chapters and gilt spade and loop hands, case stamped IE (John Ellison) and bearing the Chester hallmark for 1810, overall dia. 54 mm.

Minute hand is a replacement, no chips or scratches on dial, original bull's eye glass.
