Note: According to the consignor, this figure was made by Crowell for Edwin A. Boardman (1886-1943),the consignor's grandfather, a notable Boston designer of seagoing vessels specializing in racing sailboats.

The bill is split from halfway down to one nostril, with a little paint loss, small paint losses where legs are joined to body and where head is joined on neck,, some small segments missing from feet, h
